Our team is here to help you make the most of your stay in Hakuba.
- Complimentary arrival and departure pickup/drop-off from Hakuba Train Station or Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal, available between 08:00 and 19:00. Self check-in is available at any time, and taxis are available within Hakuba for guests arriving or departing outside our pickup hours.
- Complimentary supermarket trips during your stay, arranged with our staff and subject to availability
- Assistance and local advice for restaurant reservations
- Information on ski and snowboard rentals, lift tickets and lessons
- Advice on local transport, shuttle buses and taxis
