Kodachi Chalet
Sleeps up to 16 guests – thoughtfully designed for large families, multiple couples, or groups of friends, with flexible bedding to suit a wide range of group sizes and sleeping preferences.
Six comfortable double bedrooms – five bedrooms can be configured as either 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds, while the sixth features a comfortable King Bed, offering flexibility for almost any group. Every bedroom is equipped with its own independent heating and air conditioning unit, allowing each guest to enjoy their ideal temperature year-round.
Family bunk room– featuring 2 full-size bunk beds, sleeping up to four guests. A favourite with children, while the full-size bunks are equally comfortable for adults.
Fully equipped kitchen – featuring full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare anything from a hearty breakfast before the slopes to relaxed dinners with family and friends.
Spacious open-plan living and dining area – the perfect place to gather after a day exploring Hakuba, whether enjoying après-ski drinks, sharing a meal, or simply unwinding together.
Parking for up to four vehicles – complimentary on-site parking gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace. While Hakuba's shuttle buses and taxis make getting around easy, there's plenty of room if you choose to drive.
Charcoal BBQ in the beautiful garden – enjoy relaxed outdoor dining surrounded by nature in Kodachi Chalet's peaceful outdoor setting. (Available during the Green Season only.)

Hakuba is just as spectacular in summer as it is in winter. Escape the heat and enjoy cool mountain breezes, lush cedar forests, and endless outdoor adventures, from world-class hiking and mountain biking to white-water rafting and swimming in beautiful Lake Aoki. Return to Kodachi Chalet to enjoy a charcoal BBQ in the tranquil garden.

With 7 separate bedrooms, Kodachi Chalet offers exceptional space and privacy for large families and groups. Six spacious double bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with five configurable as either 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds, while the sixth features a comfortable King Bed. A dedicated family bunk room includes 2 full-size bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Every bedroom is equipped with its own independent air-conditioning and heating unit, ensuring personalised comfort throughout the year.

Kodachi Chalet offers four separate bathroom and toilet areas, making it easy for larger groups to get ready each morning.
The chalet features:
A spacious Japanese-style bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring Hakuba.
A second bathroom with a shower, bathtub, vanity, and changing area.
Four toilets across three separate toilet rooms, including one toilet room with two individual private stalls, helping reduce queues for larger groups.
Washlet (bidet) toilets throughout the chalet for added comfort.
