Booking Information for 2010/2011 Winter season

High Season Rates (Dec 24th to March 1st):

Private twin/double and triple rooms : 10000yen/person/night

Private 4 to 6 person rooms: 8000yen/person/night

Dormitory beds: 5000yen/person/night

Low Season Rates (Nov 1st to Dec 24th/March  1st to May 6):

Private twin/double and triple rooms: 8000yen/person/night

Private 4 to 6 person rooms: 6000yen/person/night

Dormitory beds: 4000yen/person/night

*Discounts for kids under 16 and bigger discounts for kids under 6*
**Discounts for bookings up to December 20th**
All the above options come with en suite bathroom (excluding dorm) with western toilets, TV/DVD players, fresh linen and towels, hairdryers and toiletries, mini-fridge, and the price includes a continental style breakfast as well as use of all facilities at the lodge including the guests` kitchen, Internet (wireless and desktop), laundry, and access to DVD collection.

Booking Information for 2009 Summer season

All rooms: 6000yen/person/night with breakfast.

Deposit: Upon making your reservation we ask for a 15% non-refundable deposit.

Final Payment: We ask that the balance is paid up to 30 days prior to your arrival. It can be paid by bank transfer or online credit card payment. Note there is a 2.7% service charge when paying by Credit Card.

Cancellation policy: Over 30 days deposit is forfeited. Less than 30 days  50% refund.  Less than 48 hours  all funds are forfeited.
