Deposit: Upon making your reservation we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Final Payment: We ask that the balance is paid up to 30 days prior to your arrival. It can be paid by bank transfer or online credit card payment. Note there is a 3.5% service charge when paying by Credit Card.

Cancellation policy: Over 30 days deposit is forfeited. Less than 30 days  50% refund.  Less than 48 hours  all funds are forfeited.
